All negotiations and offers take place between the Seller and the Buyer.
Accs-market can help resolve disputes between parties using the Accs-market escrow service, but Accs-market cannot monitor and guarantee: availability, quality, security and legality of Added Digital Resources. the accuracy of the information provided by the Seller and the Buyer, the Seller's ability to transfer the account, the buyer's ability to pay for the digital item.

Escrow service
Accs-market may provide the additional service Accs-market Escrow ("Escrow"). It is a unique service that enables secure transactions between Sellers and Buyers. The service is free for the Seller and represents 7% (minimum $3) of the cost of digital assets for the Buyer. By submitting your offer or opening a new Escrow transaction, you agree to the Accs-market escrow rules and fees.
The Service is a transaction management service via the Internet. In this case, Accs-market is the escrow agent in the Transaction. They provide services to facilitate the execution of the underlying transaction in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Site and the applicable Trading Guidelines.
Forbidden transactions
Users may not use the Site or Services in connection with any illegal transaction or related to illegal items or for any illegal purpose.
Legal relations between buyers and sellers
An Account Sales Agreement ("Sales Agreement") will be legally binding on both the Seller and the Buyer when the Seller agrees to sell the Digital Asset to the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to buy the Digital Asset.
The offer to purchase a Digital Item is binding and irrevocable for the Buyer.
Until the Seller accepts the Buyer's offer to purchase a digital asset, it will not be binding on the Seller.
Payments
The deposit fee on the Accs market is borne by the Buyer.
Accs-market only receives a service fee from the buyer. Payment for a digital item is made directly from the buyer to the seller.
During the payment process, an additional fee may be required, depending on the selected payment method.
Accs-market may change Accs-market's fees at its sole discretion. Accs-market is not responsible for the payment of any sales, use, personal property or other taxes or government fees imposed on items purchased or sold through the Services or otherwise resulting from Transactions.
Cancellation of the transaction
If the Transaction cannot be completed for any reason, including being canceled by Accs-market, the website will notify each User of such cancellation. Accs-market has the right to cancel any Transaction.
Refunds
Accs market refunds will be paid to your Accs market balance.
The amount of any Accs-market Fees paid by you to Accs-market may be refunded if:
